Thanks for the compliment, Jerome! Good question on the bounce of these wedges. I would describe these wedges more as mid-bounce rather than high. Both the gap wedge and the sand wedge have around 10 degrees of bounce, while the lob wedge has 8. Chips and pitches were good and predictable. I could control the distance OK. Spin was excellent. Pitching 20-30 yds with the 60deg was the easiest of the three wedges. Tom — Yeah, as you can see from these photos there’s nothing on them in terms of grind. Several new golf brands are competing with large retailers, and one of our favorites is Kirkland. Kirkland golf clubs and balls are exclusively sold at Costco, and they’ve created quite a controversy by not stating publicly who makes Kirkland golf clubs. But we studied Kirkland and have some interesting findings. The Kirkland Signature was part of our 2021 wedge test which included 35 golfers using the Foresight GC Quad launch monitors. All golfers used Titleist Pro V1 balls to help minimize variables. When our final details were calculated, outliers were removed. In addition, we made sure to test the Kirkland Signature for players at different swing speeds and with moisture on the face as a variable. Lots of players have had a lot of success with a classic full sole design for decades, so I don’t know that it’s a deal-breaker for everyone.
